By using bgremoved.pro, you agree to use the service lawfully and to review automatic outputs before relying on them.
Permitted use
Use the service only with images you are authorized to process. Do not use it for unlawful activity, to violate another person’s rights, to distribute malware, to bypass technical limits, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Your images and outputs
You retain whatever rights you already hold in source images and generated outputs. bgremoved.pro does not claim ownership of an image merely because it was processed in your browser. These terms do not grant rights you did not already have.
Site materials
The site design, written guidance, branding, and application code are protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights and licences. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials or permit misleading use of the BGRemoved.pro name.
Automatic results
Background removal is automated and results vary with the image, browser, and device. Outputs can contain missing details, retained background, edge halos, holes, or artifacts. Review results before professional, safety-sensitive, or high-value use.
Downloads and your device
You are responsible for choosing a safe download location, keeping any source files you need, and confirming that the exported PNG is suitable for its intended destination. Temporary in-browser editor data may not survive a reload or tab closure.
Third-party infrastructure
The website depends on hosting, domain, and model-asset infrastructure provided by third parties. Their availability can affect whether the site or browser processing loads. Links to external services, if present, do not imply an endorsement or transfer responsibility for their content.
Measurement and advertising
The production site uses Google Analytics 4 as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. A Google AdSense verification script is loaded for site ownership and review, but no ad units or Auto Ads are enabled or displayed. Advertising may be introduced later only after the related disclosures and controls are updated.
Availability
The service may change, be interrupted, or stop being offered. No uptime, support-response, or fitness guarantee is made. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after a published update means the updated terms apply from that point forward.
